It helps with this when we depend on Jesus and give him our problems. I am doing a Beth Moore study with a women's group at church, which touches on this.

What a great Message... and I agree... though sometimes it can be difficult to smile through the tears... a thankful heart and positive approach to Life is so much more enriching and productive than the alternative!
