Monday Musings

Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politic? Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But conscience asks the question - is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular; but one must take it because it is right.
-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.-

Powerful words to aspire to from a great man… Today in the U.S. we remember the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  It is significant that the U.S. has set aside this day to honor Dr. King. It brings hope to all.

Thoughts and prayers ascend for freedom, peace, respect and harmony for all.

For Christmas Honey Man totally surprised Queenie with a new computer, yeah!!! While transferring data from old computers to new computer I found a fun little picture…

Several years ago Queenie and Honey Man spent a weekend at Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Honey Man keeps this wee picture of Queenie on his computer…  How sweet is that!!!

I am truly blessed.  I love you Honey Man!!

Have a great day,

Always, Queenie Believe

We used to live on Cape Cod, Falmouth Heights, when I was a kid. Loved going to the Beach... *swoon*... miss that part of living there. Thanks for the Nugget of Sewing Wisdom, I shall persevere and be patient with myself in learning how to properly use a Machine rather than my hands!

I don't know much about Martin Luther King but I know he is a great man. I still have a lot more to learn about American history!

Glad to know you have a better and newer computer! Oh I know the feeling!
