Oh what a great Couch Cushion Fort! There's just something about Forts & Tents that is Appealing even when we're grown. Thanks for stopping by with Wise Words of Encouragement... you are absolutely right, detaching and patience are indeed Divine Graces that can be developed and Prayed for. Though I have found that in Praying for Patience... the way it is Divinely Manifested and typically developed in us is to be given more of those situations that REQUIRE Patience! *LOL*

Welcome to the club of ex-adults, my friend. ;) One look at the shop and you know where my heart is. :) Have fun...off to see what I've missed while I was busy moving into our new house in the middle of Dec. YIKES. By the way, Pooh is one of my favorite storybook characters of all time. He's irresistible. XOXO's, Marcia
Hah! I hope you have fun "playing"! *smile* Just wanted to pop-in and say congrats on the new job too! I hope it's something you really love or leads down that road! ♥Sharon
This is great! You had me giggling for quite some time. I too love 'couch forts' with blankets and clothes pins to hold them on, and a flash light to read with whilst in the 'fort'. A totally Peter Pan experience! saying adeu with star sprinkles and fairy dust! Teresa in Neverland http://amagicalwhimsy.blogspot.com/
You definitely had me giggling on this post! I miss making sheet forts, and cushion forts with my kids who are all grown up now with two out of the nest and married, one in college, and my baby forever with us with his handicap, although he wants us to call him a 'man' and not a 'boy' as he is 21!....Well, next time my grandson is here I will make a couch fort with him! I'm going to build a fort. I need a hiding place
I'm right there with you, Queenie. Sometimes we all need a place to hide and de-stress!
Blessings,
Victoria
Is there room in there for a friend? Isn't shenanigans one of the best words in the English language!!!!!

sounds like a fun way to spend some time.
Your couch fort looks very secure and cosy. Enjoy your stay there! Shenanigans-as Carole said a great word! Along with Palava which I am always using.
I do believe my obsession with canopy beds stems from the cabin thing. I like to feel like I'm in a cabin when I sleep!
My advice is never grow up !
I'm 67 years young and getting younger everyday:)
Enjoy each and every day . . . and for goodness sake have FUN!!!
Thanks for the giggle...ENJOY your stay there:))
Hugs,
Gaby
